Contactless Flower Delivery Information & Rates

Flower Chix delivers twice daily within Calgary city-limits. Same day delivery is available for floral orders placed by noon. Please allow 24 hours for gift basket orders. We will contact the recipient to verify the address and to ensure someone will be there to receive the delivery unless you request it to be a surprise and prefer we don’t call first. Unfortunately, we can  rarely leave them outside as the temperature has to be between 5C and 20C with no wind. 

If the recipient isn’t home (remember, we call first), we will try to find a neighbor and leave a note on their door as to who we’ve left it with. Failing that, we will return the arrangement to the shop and the customer may be responsible to pay a second delivery fee.

One way or another, we will get it there safe and sound and will
leave no stone unturned to ensure on the delivery date intended!

We work hard every day to give all those that receive our flowers, not only the best customer service but also designs that inspire and leave people wanting more. We guarantee the freshness of our florals. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us within the first 48 hours of receiving the flowers, and we will make it right. Please note, we do require pictures to accompany all quality complaints.

Product Substitutions

We are committed to delivering your fresh floral arrangements on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value, particularly during these times we are currently facing. We will make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the chosen arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and colour combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over colour. Should you require a specific flower be included for sure, please give us a call! Vases and floral containers will be as close as possible. Plants and gift baskets may also require substitutions based on availability and in order to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding, particularly at this time when floral choices may be somewhat limited.


Refunds are decided upon on a case-by case basis. However, please note we do not provide refunds for wedding order deposits since the deposit serves to book the date with us and we may then refuse other couples the chance to work with Flower Chix on this date.  Please click here for our Agreement for Flower Services.
